Аналитичната служба на Европейския парламент посочва, че действията трябва да бъдат изпълнени до 2027 г.[^m-2027], а Центърът „Жак Делор“ преброява около 50 конкретни действия[^m-50].","- Европейски център за демократична устойчивост, който обединява експертизата и ресурсите на ЕС и на държавите членки, за да предвижда, открива и реагира на заплахи[^m-centre].
